Stratasys has strengthened its end-to-end unattended digital dentistry workflow with the introduction of the Soft Relax HTM automated washing system. This new system is a significant step toward increased automation in dental application production. The Soft Relax HTM complements the existing GrabCAD® software-driven automated nesting and the DentaJet 3D Printer Series unattended printing and curing capabilities, further reducing manual intervention in the dental part production process.
The Soft Relax HTM system washes batches of up to 20 dental parts, automating support removal. As with the manual waterjet process that the system replaces, the Soft Relax HTM uses water to remove support material - no IPA is needed. This integration enables dental laboratories and production facilities to achieve higher throughput with minimal labor. The Soft Relax HTM will be carried exclusively by Stratasys in the United States and Canada.
