PolyJet ToughONE™, TrueDent™, and transparent materials can all benefit from the ProLight combination cure box and photobleacher.
Design with truly tough materials: ToughONE has very high impact strength and durability. Curing can be used to improve these specifications even further (details below).
Proper PolyJet photobleaching for clear materials requires the right equipment and specific functions, such as the wavelength and intensity of the light source, time, and temperature control. Anything less will not deliver the maximum transparency you need. ProLight uses a 450 nm LED source and can heat the chamber up to 80 °C, for optimal photobleaching and curing of your PolyJet 3D printed parts.
